This colourful fabric came to me via detour. I would never have bought it myself, got it for free somehow. So I had it sitting here for a long time, didn´t actually know what to do with it, and didn´t really like it either. So, no good fortune that it ever might find its way from the pile in the closet back to daylight.
A few weeks ago I was short before getting depressed because of bad weather. I needed strong colors. So I stumbled across this almost ten years old fabric and suddenly had the idea what it will become, a beach bag, of course....

Now I´ll carry this bag with pride whenever I´m close to the ocean and as long as I don´t get tired of it. Because I think the outcome isn´t too bad.
